The scope of work includes the provision of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance (RM) Service; the rectification, repair, improvement and enhancement works for all the MEP, Civil  and specialist systems / assets of the facilities during the Defects Liability Period (DLP)
